SVP, Activation and Engagement Strategy
Description
- Defines, teaches, and maintains agency activation philosophy
- Fosters innovation to expand and evolve our engagement and omnichannel services
- Incorporates and champions quality throughout the process and across all tactics
- Leads and mentors all engagement, data, and digital team members, discussing with each career interests, growth opportunities, and training
- Partners with other department leaders to ensure overall agency collaboration, particularly media and marketing technology
- Defines, interprets, and executes client digital and omnichannel strategy
- Provide a vision/plan for business growth opportunities
- Have a vision and see the “big picture” of the brand-customer experience
- Partner with brand strategy groups to frame the customers’ behavior trends/patterns, identify differences across customer segments, and apply all learning to their journey
- Bring a deep understanding of data resources and techniques related to market research, targeting and measurement. Partner with Fingerpaint Insights group regarding data integrity and compliance.
- Employ a variety of methods, including market trends/gap analysis, segmentation, personas, customer journeys, content mapping, program architecture, data capture strategies, scoring models, service training, and business process optimization
- Ensure architecture of thoughtful customer experience (CX) meets marketing technology capabilities that delivers a positive relationship with the brand
- Bring together creativity and data to create compelling personal experiences that grow our clients’ business
- Creates new approaches and enhancements to omnichannel based on experiences and client needs
- Responsible for processes and standards to improve workflow and efficiencies across the department and with other agency functions
